Our promise
Dietz Enterprises is a passion-driven small business. If you are unhappy with our work, tell us. We will listen, correct or redo work that does not meet the agreed scope, or refund our professional fees for the affected deliverable if we cannot make it right. We do not want to keep someone’s money for work they are not satisfied with.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the project or quote name and a plain description of the problem. Helpful records, screenshots, or photos are welcome but not required. Raising an issue promptly makes it easier to diagnose and correct, but we will handle every request reasonably and in good faith.
Agreed scope and changes
The written quote, proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement for a project describes its scope, deliverables, assumptions, schedule, price, and any project-specific acceptance or cancellation terms. Those project-specific terms control where they differ from this general policy, but they will not be used to hide a known defect or avoid our make-it-right promise. A new feature, changed requirement, or condition outside the agreed assumptions is not defective work; we will explain it and obtain approval before performing chargeable additional work.
Cancellations
You may cancel before work begins for a refund of prepaid Dietz Enterprises professional fees. If work has begun, we will stop safely, provide work completed to date where practical, and refund any unearned prepaid professional fees after accounting for work already performed and authorised commitments. A proposal may define project-specific milestones or cancellation terms; we will make those clear before you approve the work.
Third-party and pass-through costs
Cloud hosting, software licences, domains, hardware, materials, shipping, cloud usage, and other third-party purchases may be bought directly in your account or approved for purchase on your behalf. Those charges are governed by the third party’s terms and are refundable only to the extent the provider or vendor refunds or cancels them. We will identify material pass-through costs before purchase, seek approval, and pass through any refund we actually receive. Our make-it-right promise always applies to Dietz Enterprises’ own professional fees; it cannot force an outside provider to refund its charge.
3D printing
If a print is damaged on delivery or does not materially match the approved model, material, quantity, or specifications, we will reprint it or refund our fees for the affected item. Results can depend on the model and specifications supplied by the client. If the source model is incomplete, unprintable, or needs design changes, we will explain the issue and obtain approval before chargeable repair or redesign work.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practical. We will submit them promptly, although banks and payment providers control when funds appear. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law or a separately agreed written warranty.
